  • What are my payment options?

All of our advertised prices are in US dollars.

Credit Card: We accept payment by Visa or Mastercard.

Purchase Orders: We welcome purchase orders from US and Canadian public; private universities, governmental agencies, financial institutions, hospitals, research laboratories, government organizations, and other established companies.

Wire Transfer Payments: Please contact us via email for our bank account details.

** Please note we do not accept EFT/ACH payments from financial institutions outside Canada.

  • When will you bill my credit card?

Your credit card will be billed at the time your order is placed.

  • Where do you ship from?

All of our products are shipped directly from our facilities in Ontario, Canada.

  • Is my order subject to duties and taxes?

All international shipments (those outside Canada) may be subject to taxes, duties and/or government fees levied by their respective governments.

  • Canadian orders: Orders shipped within Canada are subject to GST/HST. Customs and duty does not apply as these are domestic shipments.
  • U.S. orders: Orders shipped to the U.S. are considered an export. ReadyLasers ships all U.S. orders with duty, customs and brokerage pre-paid.  There are no additional fees upon delivery.
  • All other Countries and Territories: Orders shipped outside of Canada and the U.S. may be subject to duty, brokerage and import tax.  Please check with your local import office for these charges.  ReadyLasers is not responsible for these charges.
  • What carrier do you use for shipping?

UPS is our preferred shipping provider.

  • How long will it take for my order to ship?

All “IN STOCK” items ship within 3 business days of receipt of order If an item is not in stock, lead time is usually 4-6 weeks, however, some items require a longer lead time. For a precise shipping time estimate, please contact us. The website may not reflect actual stock levels.

  • What if I have a problem with my shipment?

Please email us at sales@readylasers.com and we will take care of the problem as soon as possible. We respond to all emails within 1-2 business days.

  • What is your return policy?

All sales are final

  • What do I do if my laser stops working or arrives defective?

Please contact us immediately upon receipt of the laser. Our customer service staff will be able to assist in arranging Return Merchandise Authorization form. The lasers will be inspected at our depot and will be repaired or replaced.
